A few years ago we used to keep all of our files in filing cabinets. But as we got more and more files that became harder and harder to do. In addition, we realized it was not very secure. So we made our files digital and have been storing them that way, but it slows down our server, servers that are off site become the best way for us to go. It helped speed up things in our office and provide for a secure location for our data. Now we are looking for ways to defrag our files to make everything run even smoother.
New software and systems in data storage have made this easier. Searching the web for data storage systems for something that fits your needs
